Happy Pink Sat., Marina. We found a thistle right in the middle of our flower bed last summer. . . just one and it was huge. They are stubborn. . and don't want to give up their spot amongst the other flowers easily!

I love the thistle flowers!! I know some people who eat the bulb or whatever it is in salad with vinegar. Happy pink week and Happy New Year!!
